What is actually here, in the order you would notice it driving in.

The run of fence along Atascocita Road is solid wood at 10 feet, so what is parked inside is not on display to the road. The other three sides are metal at the same height.
Access is a code you punch at the gate. No attendant, no office hours to work around, no waiting on somebody to buzz you through — and it works at any hour, which is the whole point when the boat goes out before dawn.
What is not here: no covered spaces, no electric, no dump station and no wash bay. If you need any of those, this is not the lot for you and we would rather say so now.
