What we do with what you tell us
This site has two forms on it and nothing else. No accounts, no tracking, no advertising.
Who we are
MikeNPrang, LLC owns and operates Atascocita Stow and Go, the storage lot at 4712 Atascocita Rd, Humble, TX 77346. Post reaches us at that address. Everything else is at the foot of this page.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of the two forms.
The reserve form asks for your name and phone number, and it will take an email address, when you need the space, what you are storing, how long it is, and anything else you want to tell us.
The shorter prompt that follows you around the site asks three things: name, phone number, and what you are storing.
That is the entire list. There is no account to create, no newsletter, no login, and nothing is gathered in the background while you read.
Separately, our host keeps the ordinary server logs that come with serving a website, including IP addresses. We do not build anything on top of those.
Why we collect it
To answer you about a space. Your name and number because that is how Mason gets back to you; the length and the vehicle type because that is what decides whether your rig fits. It is not used for advertising and it does not go on a mailing list.
Who we share it with
Three companies touch it, and each one sees a different amount.
- Web3Forms
- Carries the forms. It receives every field you filled in, passes it to our inbox, and keeps its own copy in the dashboard we sign into. It is the only reason a form works without a server behind this site.
- Cloudflare
- Hosts the site. Sees what any web host sees — your IP address, your browser, and which pages loaded.
- Only on the Location page, which embeds a Google map. Loading that page tells Google your IP address and browser, and Google sets its own cookies there. No other page on this site touches Google.
Your enquiry itself lands with an employee of MikeNPrang, LLC who manages the lot. Nobody outside the company is sent it — there is no broker, no lead vendor, and no forwarding arrangement on this site.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. There is no advertising technology on this site to do it with.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own.
It writes one thing to your browser: a flag called asg.ask.sent, kept in sessionStorage after you successfully send the site-wide prompt, so that it stops asking you for the rest of the visit. It holds no personal data and your browser throws it away when you close the tab.
There is no analytics code on this site — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no visitor tracking of any kind. Our host may compile aggregate, cookieless traffic statistics of the sort every web host produces; those are counts, and we cannot identify you from them.
The Google map on the Location page is the exception to all of this. Google sets its own cookies there, under Google's privacy policy rather than ours.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for 4 years and then delete it. Texas gives someone four years to bring a claim over a written contract, which is the longest we can point to a real reason for holding on to one. After that there is no argument for keeping it, so we do not.
Deleting one means two places, not one: our email, and the Web3Forms dashboard, which keeps its own copy of everything sent through the form. We clear both.
If you want yours gone before the 4 years are up, ask and we will delete it.
Your rights
If you live in Texas, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal data, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and receive it in a portable form. You also have the right to opt out of sale and of targeted advertising and profiling — we do none of those, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you are welcome to ask us to confirm that in writing. If we refuse a request you can appeal by replying to us, and if we refuse the appeal we will tell you how to complain to the Texas Attorney General.
If you live in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what we have collected, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and not to be treated differently for asking. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
If you live somewhere else, ask anyway. We will handle your request the same way.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] or call 713-568-8252, and say what you want — a copy, a correction, or deletion. We may need to check that you are who you say you are, which usually means writing from the email address or calling from the number you gave us. We answer within 45 days.
